Ordering from the US?
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece gets printed the moment you order it, made only for you — which also means we can't put it back on a shelf. All sales are final. So take a second with the size guide first, and if you're stuck between two sizes, just message us. We'd rather help you get it right than have you stuck with the wrong fit.
Something wrong with your order?
A print is off, something's missing, or the fabric has a flaw — that's on us, not you, wherever you are. Send us a photo and we'll take care of it right away. You decide whether we reprint it or refund you.
EU orders: the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you received the goods. You cover the direct cost of returning the item; if there's a defect, we cover it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. The statutory two-year warranty applies separately and your legal rights remain unaffected. US orders: all sales are final, as every item is made to order. This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrect items.
